Silicone Defoamer (Emulsion Type)
Silicone Defoamer (Emulsion Type) is a high-efficiency defoaming agent made from modified silicone oil, emulsifier and stabilizer through special emulsification processing. It is a water-based emulsion product with excellent defoaming, anti-foaming and permeability properties, specially designed for defoaming scenarios in sewage treatment, printing, dyeing and papermaking factories. It can quickly eliminate harmful foam in production and treatment processes, prevent foam overflow, and ensure smooth operation of equipment and stable product quality. It is non-toxic, non-corrosive, and compatible with various water-based systems, making it an indispensable auxiliary agent in industrial production.
Silicone Defoamer (Emulsion Type) is a water-based emulsion defoaming agent, mainly composed of modified silicone oil, non-ionic emulsifier and deionized water. It is a multifunctional defoaming modifier specially developed for sewage treatment, printing, dyeing and papermaking industries.
Unlike ordinary defoamers, Silicone Defoamer (Emulsion Type) targets common foam problems in sewage treatment, printing, dyeing and papermaking industries:
- Rapid Defoaming: Quickly penetrates foam film, breaks foam in 3–5 seconds, and eliminates foam thoroughly without residue.
- Long-term Anti-foaming: Forms a stable anti-foaming film on the surface of the system, effectively preventing foam regeneration for 24–72 hours.

- Standard Packaging: 200KG per plastic barrel or 1000KG per ton barrel, sealed and leak-proof, easy to handle and transport.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry and ventilated warehouse, away from direct sunlight, high temperature and freezing environment. Avoid mixing with strong acids, alkalis and oxidants. Shelf life: 1 year under proper storage (shake well before use if stratification occurs).
- Transportation: Non-hazardous product, transportable by sea and land. Handle with care to avoid barrel damage and leakage.
Silicone Defoamer (Emulsion Type) is easy to use, suitable for various water-based foaming systems in sewage treatment, printing, dyeing and papermaking factories.
- Dilution: Can be used directly or diluted with clean water (dilution ratio 1:5–1:10) to form a uniform solution before use (stir well when diluting).
- Addition: Add to the foaming system continuously or intermittently according to the foaming situation, and stir evenly to ensure full dispersion. It is recommended to add at the foaming source for better effect.
- Optimization: The optimal dosage depends on the foaming degree of the system, temperature and pH value. Start with a low dosage (50ppm) and adjust gradually to achieve ideal defoaming and anti-foaming effect.
