The primary emulsifier for drilling fluids is a highly efficient emulsifier specifically developed for oil-in-water drilling fluid systems. It rapidly forms a stable and uniform emulsion, improves the drilling fluid’s electrical stability (ES) and emulsion stability, effectively reduces free water separation, and enhances the drilling fluid’s stability under high-temperature, high-pressure, and complex formation conditions.

With an emulsification rate of ≥90% and electrical stability (ES) of ≥600 V, this product can be widely used in diesel-based, mineral oil-based, and synthetic-based drilling fluid systems.
